Brilliant rose-red, bell-shaped flowers delicately crisped with white on 20cm stems in early summer. Similar to, but brighter in flower colour than either A. peninsulare and A. dichlamydeum. Considered by many to be the loveliest of all of the North American alliums and a strikingly attractive addition to any garden setting.
