Rosa arvensis

An extremely useful wild rambler collected as seed in the foothills of Mt Falakron in northern Greece close to the Bulgaria. It clothes itself in deep green, toothed leaves and its long stems are covered in pure white, musky scented flowers in early summer. They are followed in autumn by round red hips.
