Soft, pale yellow flowers with pink staining towards the tip on medium stems. Awful name! Most likely placed under the wrong species and Richard Wilford, author of Tulips, species and hybrids considers it closest to the legendary T. clusiana forma cashmiriana. Whatever it is its a delightful and elegant little plant.
