Tulipa fosteriana ‘Purissima’
Very early, huge, pure white flowers which develop just a hint of cream as they age. The whole confection contrasts dramatically with its jet black anthers and lemon throat. Deliciously scented. A clear winner at the recent Royal Horticultural Society Tulip Trials where it gained an Award of Garden Merit (AGM).
