Tulipa humilis
Brilliant little species producing jewel-like, pink-magenta, flowers with an outer brush of carmine. These are goblet-shaped with bright yellow centres. Easy to grow, excellent for pots and look ideal mixed with other mid-spring delicate bulbs such as anemones and the smaller fritillaries in a border.
